I am a Mummy to the most beautiful little boy who ever lived. He was courageous and he was strong, but he was the love of my life and he is missed every day. This blog is my grief outlet. I can't and won't make apologies if any blogs upset others because this journey is real. Living without your child is the hardest thing in the world to do. It NEVER gets easier.

HAYDON
Holding onto those memories, the moments with you. Hiding as much of our pain from the world as we can, protecting others, so they can't see how broken we really are.
Always sharing our feelings and sharing our tears, we shared you, we need to keep on sharing you. You were and are ours. Another hurdle, another mile, another time where expectations force us forward.
You always held onto our emotions like a puppeteer moving the strings. You still do. We can open up our souls and let the missing you flow in an instant, or sometimes we hold each other and smile at the memory of your smile, the gentleness of your heart.
Donning our masks we'll face the world, face the crowd, shield them from the trial that is our new life, our new days, our new existence. We'll speak your name proudly, because we are proud, we'll take you with us and keep you in our hearts and dance with you in our minds, baby boy xxx
Only you knew the strength of my love for you because you listened to my heart on the inside, only you know the love Daddy had for you as he whispered to you all the time and held you close. Secrets shared that Mummy will never know.
Not easy going away and leaving you here, in our safe place. But the world keeps turning. Doors keep opening and closing. People shout our name and want us back in their world, their world, not ours. Our perfect world is with you, forever. We love you bubba, we just do. More than we ever did on the day you were born 10 months ago.
